Attorney Marc Holmquist is a litigator who has focused his career on employment litigation and counseling.  Before establishing Holmquist Law, he was a Partner in the Employment Law department of Gordon & Rees, a large national law firm, where he represented business clients in all aspects of civil litigation in CA state and federal courts. 

At Holmquist Law, Mr. Holmquist now applies his knowledge, skill, and experience in representing employees who have been wronged in the workplace.  He focuses on leveling the playing field for California employees and making the workplace more fair and equitable for employees.  Mr. Holmquist handles pre-litigation negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation, and trial on behalf of employees.  He also continues to advise business clients regarding best employment practices, risk management, litigation avoidance practices, dispute resolution, and litigation.
