Founded in 1984, Home Financing Center is the largest independently owned and operated mortgage lender in South Florida. In 2004 Home Financing Center launched an Employer Assisted Housing initiative that addresses the challenges of a high cost housing market and the effect it has on employers and employees alike. This is a low-cost recruiting and retention tool that offers employees real value and can significantly improve the bottom line for employers.
