Home Health plus was started in 2006 with a mission to serve the community by providing excellent in-home care to our seniors and others in the comfort of their home. We are dedicated to enhance the quality of life, health and independence of Texans.

In 2008, Home Health Plus was accredited by The Joint Commission for achieving the highest national standards for patient safety and quality care. To provide excellent and quick services to our clients we have, opened multiple locations and developed partnership with other providers across North Dallas.

Home Health Plus Inc. offers traditional home health care services including Skilled Nursing, certified nursing assistant, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide and medical social services. In addition, to traditional home health services we also provide innovative technology in the home for orthopedic rehabilitation, fall prevention, low vision, anticoagulation management, medication management, CABG/post-surgery rehabilitation, dysphagia therapy, diabetes management, advanced wound care, and more. Our staff comprises of teams highly talented and qualified medical professionals who are committed to provide excellent home health care services to our patients. Our staff goes through extensive annual training and testing before they go out in field to serve our clients. All our staff is bonded, insured, OIG verified and drug tested. We also do an extensive background check on all our employees.
