CSP dealers are certified to sell, install, and service HTS’ systems in their authorized region, providing customers with a local 24 hour, 7 day-a-week source for service and support. In addition, CSP dealers offer a one-stop source to Senior Living providers, supplying a wide range of critical low voltage commercial products, such as fire, security, access control, wandering patient, and telephony systems. In its distributor role, HTS manages the CSP dealer network and provides product fulfillment, warranty returns, training and certification, customer service, technical support, and architectural and engineering support services.
