HomeBase, The Center for Common Concerns, is a national nonprofit based in San Francisco, California, focused on public policy solutions for homelessness and poverty. For more than thirty years, it has worked at national, state, and local levels to design and implement programs and systems that help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness achieve housing stability, improve health, and increase economic self-sufficiency.
