(Homeowners Mortgage) is a residential mortgage lender headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina and a wholly owned subsidiary of CoastalStates Bank. Homeowners Mortgage currently conducts business in 22 states, primarily in the Southeast, through its retail and correspondent mortgage loan channels. Homeowners Mortgage maintains a production center and five retail offices in South Carolina, two retail offices in Florida, one in the Tampa Bay area, and one in Jacksonsonville, and a retail office in Savannah, Georgia.
