Since opening in 2003, Homes and Land Brokers, Inc. has built a team of high energy, hardworking real estate professionals and has expanded our service radius to include all of Collier, Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota counties – all to serve the potential homeowners of Southwest Florida. During the crash of the real estate market in 2007-2009, Homes and Land Brokers, Inc. was able to survive by narrowing our focus and becoming an industry leader in the marketing and sale of REO properties. As the market has gained strength in recent years, Homes and Land Brokers, Inc. has re-expanded with a more concrete knowledge of the ups and downs of the real estate market to better serve our clients while continuing to be one of the leading companies in the marketing and sale of REO properties and vacant land.
