Honeymoon Brewery is a Southwest-born, science-backed hard kombucha company, and the first of its kind to develop a fermentation method with technical assistance with a top U.S. research lab, Los Alamos National Laboratories. Now, under our umbrella brand Honeymoon Beverage Co., we’re licensing our patent-pending fermentation system and partnering with breweries, wellness brands, and hospitality groups ready to break into the functional beverage space. We're also expanding into the non-alcoholic category with Honeymoon Acequias—a gut-healthy fermented sparkling drink line inspired by ancient water systems, New Mexico terroir, and botanical wellness.
