When we're not busy spreading the gospel of Hoopers Island methods around the world, we also grow some of the best bivalves on the planet in the beautiful waters of the Chesapeake Bay and her tributaries. Chesapeake Golds, Holy Grail and Wild Cove are three of our delicious oysters.
