Hope & Main operates as Rhode Island's first culinary business incubator, supporting local entrepreneurs with early-stage food ventures. It provides low-cost, low-risk access to shared-use commercial kitchens and other industry-specific resources to help test ideas, develop products, and scale operations.

The nonprofit serves a range of food-related enterprises, including specialty product makers, artisanal bakers, caterers, food trucks, farmers, personal chefs, and nutritionists, with the aim of strengthening the local food economy and community. Based in Rhode Island, it is housed in a historic, 100-year-old schoolhouse on Main Street in Warren, where demonstrations, workshops, and community programming are hosted. In 2025, KK&P partnered with Hope & Main to develop a five-year strategic plan for the organization’s next phase of operation.
