Hopkins Foodservice Specialists, Inc. (HOPKINS) is a global food service design firm founded in 1976 by artist Lynn Hopkins and executive chef Richard Hopkins, FCSI, CFSP. 

From offices in Washington, DC and New York City, HOPKINS has contributed to national and international projects that span institutional sectors, both public and private. 

HOPKINS collaborates with A-E teams to integrate food service equipment with the building architecture and engineering systems while addressing the needs of cooks and food service managers to create profitable foodservice operations. 

The firm is WBE certified, and has a LEED accredited design staff with degrees in architecture, mechanical engineering and culinary arts.
