Still fighting cancer, but now doing even more. The Cancer Coalition of South Georgia has been changing the face of cancer in the region for nearly 15 years – and that important work continues.

However, we also must address the underlying causes of disparities in order to achieve long-term wellness and productivity in our communities. By improving areas such as education, housing, and workforce development, we can help each community create a sustainable ‘culture of wellness’.

To reflect our growth, our organization is now named Horizons Community Solutions, with the Cancer Coalition’s work continuing under the new name.

As Horizons, we are stronger and more determined than ever, confident that we will make an even greater difference against cancer … and more!
