Hospice of Southern Kentucky, based in Bowling Green, Kentucky, has provided end-of-life care for more than thirty years to residents across a nine-county region. The nonprofit delivers services in the Hospice House and in patients' homes or other settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals, offering general inpatient, respite, and residential care around the clock through a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, cooks, and administrators, with support from trained volunteers.

The Hospice House on the campus is a dedicated inpatient facility with ten private patient suites, a chapel, a play room for children, a family room with a community kitchen, and a memorial garden. The organization serves Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Simpson, and Warren counties, and in early 2023 added Tim Colovos as chaplain and spiritual outreach coordinator.
