Roger Duarte established My Ceviche in March 2011, with the objective of being the premier fast-casual purveyor of fresh seafood in the form of ceviches, tacos, burritos, salads, and more. Our second concept, Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen, opened in March 2016 and like My Ceviche, serves high-quality, affordable food in a modern fast-casual setting. Our kitchen is fully by-scratch, meaning every one of our products are cooked and made by scratch by our team; from our dips and toppings to our protein! Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen also allows crew members internal growth and rewards their members for being a top-performer. Our final concept, El Tropico Cuban Kitchen was founded in 2019 and offers authentic Cuban dishes, prepared with sabor y amor.
