Hotel Concepts is a company that specialises in the implementation of Hotel & Resort Management Software for individual hotels as well as hotel chains. We are a European company, founded in 1994 in The Netherlands. Hotel Concepts consists of a dedicated team of developers, trainers and support engineers. As of 2006, Hotel Concepts has been awarded Gold Certified Partner status by Microsoft®, the highest level of Microsoft's Partner Program status available for independent software vendors. This prestigious award recognizes the company's advanced competency in both providing custom build software and services. As a Gold Certified Partner, Hotel Concepts meets Microsoft's highest criteria for enhanced employee certification and has an extensive portfolio of customer references. To keep 24-hour support available at acceptable rates we have opted to bring only standard software on the market. Because hotels may vary a lot in operations our software is highly configurable. So we are able to deliver fit-like-a-glove solutions at the price of standard software. Our products are being used by individual hotels and hotel chains alike, and has a great variety of users ranging from individual hotels with 20 rooms to chain-hotel with more than 500 rooms, both business as leisure. Also conference centers are amongst our userbase. Hotel Concepts is active in Europe, North-America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
