The hotel is located in the center of downtown Grinnell, an adaptive reuse of the city’s 1921 Junior High School, surrounded by Grinnell’s many restaurants, shops, and services. Hotel Grinnell provides excellent service, affordable luxury, and authentic local experiences. It is independent and different – a hotel with immaculate, urban rooms, upscale in fit and finish but casual and laid back in spirit.
