Housecall Providers is a Portland-area nonprofit organization that believes everybody should have the right to medical care, delivered at the right place, at the right time. 

We offer team-based primary care wherever you call home and hospice services to be with our patients throughout the course of their lives. In addition, we provide community-based palliative care support for seriously ill members enrolled in Medicaid through our advanced illness care program.

Together, all three of our programs are proving that in home medical care for seriously ill patients can improve health outcomes, increase patient comfort, reduce health care costs and contribute to care team satisfaction.
