3. access to a proprietary, premium national network of over 100,000 licensed, insured, verified, and vetted Home Service Professionals.
4. a powerful home dashboard which - amongst other functions - allows them to store and easily access past maintenance/repair records, as well as important home documents like home warranties, appliance info, etc.

1. an invaluable, time-tested tool that keeps sponsors visible and connected to their clients for the entire homeownership cycle - positioning them as “THE resource for all things home.”
2. top-of-mind, personalized branding on all proactive marketing communications to the homeowner. 
3. a new sponsor dashboard which provides them instant notifications of key client engagement with the Househappy platform - allowing sponsors to organically & authentically reconnect with their clients and potentially generate additional revenue.
4. ability to add their own network of contractors to the Househappy Home Service Pro Network that services their clients, as well as the ability to offload punchlists to the Househappy Home Concierge Team.
