Housing Industry Foundation is a Palo Alto-based nonprofit focused on sustainable housing solutions to help individuals and families thrive. The Affordable Housing Initiative connects qualified residents in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties with apartments up to 50% below market for up to three years, drawing on a network of more than 50 participating landlords and property managers. In September 2023, the organization announced a partnership with BluSky Restoration Contractors to revitalize youth transitional housing, highlighting its collaborative approach within the housing sector.
