Mission: Strengthening communities by creating lasting and responsible homeownership through education and financial coaching. The Housing Partnership, a HUD approved NeighborWorks America HomeOwnership Center, was established in 1992. The Partnership achieves its mission through education, one on one counseling, savings programs, down payment assistance, post purchase programs and foreclosure counseling. The organization has provided home buyer education to over 4,000 households and provides free post purchase and foreclosure counseling to over 200 households per year. We also are the administrator for deed restricted affordable housing units.
