Howe Construction Tiger is a small construction Company based out of Castro Valley, CA. We service the greater San Franscio Bay area for all kinds of construction and remodeling needs. We are a design and build construction company so we can offer full service construction and handle any all aspects of your project. The owner Matthew Howe handles every project personally and not only oversees all work being done as well but is also out there doing the work to make sure every detail is perfect.
