Management(IL), Inc. (HPM) manages apartments in the Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, area. These units are all within 10 minutes of the SIUe Campus and only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis, MO. All units have easy access to I-270, I-55 and I-255, making them an ideal location in the Metro East area. The units consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses. HPM strives to maintain a clean, well-maintained apartment at a reasonable cost. We encourage all residents to help maintain a friendly neighborhood environment and get involved with their community. When the time comes that a resident requires maintenance, we do our best to respond and fix the problem within 24 hours. At times, the project may require more than 24 hours, but that is the exception. Our Team H.P. Management(IL), Inc. employs a full time property manager and assistant property manager, as well as a leasing agent. Together they have over 20 years of experience in the management of apartments in the Edwardsville, Glen Carbon area. A maintenance supervisor and additional maintenance technicians assist the management team to provide safe, well-maintained apartments.
