Our goal is to focus on properties that may have been neglected by the previous owner, purchase them and bring them to current neighborhood standards, or exceed those standards. We continue to work with the real estate market, whether they are residential or commercial properties, on a long term basis. Once acquired, these properties stay within the HSW network, we do not buy to sell quickly. HSW works mainly with local, middle-income entrepreneurs, as always we do welcome national brands as well.
