HUBBELL INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS, INC. - formerly the Euclid Electric & Mfg. Co. - was founded in the early 1900's and is located in Archdale, NC. Hubbell Industrial Controls Division (ICD) is a worldwide leader and manufacturer of a variety of AC and DC industrial motor controls, components, and accessories. A full range of supporting products include: Pendant Pushbuttons, Switches, Remote Radio Controls, Power Resistors and Neutral Grounding Resistors.

Along with these industrial duty products, Hubbell also services the fire protection and fire safety market. Hubbell acquired Metron, Inc. in November of 2011 adding the Metron® Fire Pump Control division to the company to expand on the existing Hubbell line.

In February of 2012, Hubbell acquired Cableform, Inc. The company was established in 1974 and is located in Troy, Virginia. Cableform designs and manufactures large DC motor controls for customers worldwide. Patented designs and technology with continued innovation maintain the Cableform brand on the leading edge of DC motor control technology.

In January of 2014, Hubbell acquired Powerohm Resistors, Inc. Powerohm is located in Katy, Texas and is North America’s fastest growing and leading innovator in the design, manufacture and marketing of power resistors and custom resistive product solutions.
