Hudgins-Groover is a real estate appraisal and real estate brokerage firm was established in 1979. The principals are Richard T. (Dick) Hudgins, MAI, and Mike Groover, IFAS. Hudgins-Groover began as a real estate agency, which brokered commercial properties, farms, ranches, and residential properties.  Shortly thereafter, Hudgins-Groover began investing in development projects which included residential subdivisions, townhouses, apartments, and commercial sites. 

The partnership, known as Hudgins-Groover Appraisal, began performing real estate appraisals in the early 1980's as a result of client confidence in their experience as real estate professionals. They have since advanced their real estate appraisal expertise with professional training and education with Richard Hudgins obtaining the MAI appraisal designation and Mike Groover obtaining the IFAS appraisal designation.
