Human Health Advocates helps people solve problems with medical bills and health insurance coverage.  “The company’s management strongly believes that health insurance companies’ treatment of patient/consumers is frequently unfair.  As well, sometimes medical billing and collection practices are overly aggressive,” said its manager, Kenneth Klein.  Mr. Klein is a former attorney and certified mediator who has dealt with medical billing agents and health insurance companies for years-successfully obtaining reductions of costs and increased coverage of underpaid and denied health insurance claims.  Klein says that “medical bills often contain errors which go unnoticed – resulting in unnecessary over payments by patients.  Health insurance companies often improperly deny claims for coverage. Such actions should not be ignored or accepted—they should be explored and corrected!”
