Partnership Opportunity Recent collaboration with CHN Housing Partners and other service providers indicates Humility of Mary Housing is open to strategic partnerships and networked service delivery, suggesting opportunities for joint programs, referrals, and bundled funding with allied nonprofits and VA/QoL initiatives.

Scale and Funding With revenue in the multi‑million range and a modest funding amount, HMHousing operates at a mid‑sized nonprofit level, presenting a potential fit for program funding, grant collaborations, and scalable service adds that align with larger funders seeking mid‑market partners.

Tech Enablement Adoption of cloud and digital tools (AWS, Office 365, Datadog, Google Tag Manager) alongside payment platforms (Google Pay, PayPal) signals maturity in digital operations and potential for offering tech‑driven housing management, data sharing, or secure donation processing solutions.

Service Expansion The mission emphasizes self‑sufficiency through supportive services and quality housing, opening avenues for expanded programs in case management, financial coaching, rental assistance, and partnerships with healthcare and veteran services for integrated client support.

Community Positioning Active involvement in local housing networks and proximity to larger national peers suggests HM Housing is well positioned to participate in policy advocacy, consortium bids, and joint grant opportunities with midsize to large funders in the affordable housing ecosystem.
