Hundred Houses Society exists to provide great value, low cost homes for the people of Cambridge.  
Our mission is ‘great value, better services, more homes’.  

We currently own and manage over 1,350 homes in Cambridgeshire and constantly strive to deliver better customer service.  We have ambitious plans to grow by developing new truly affordable homes every year. 

Hundred Houses Society is a charitable housing association founded in 1933.  We completed our first development of 100 homes in Eastfield in 1935. Since then, we have expanded and innovated. We focus on continually investing to modernise our customers’ homes.
