FOCUS ON RESULTS

HG practices exclusively in the areas of federal and state environmental litigation, environmental regulatory actions, environmental aspects of transactions, policyholder insurance coverage litigation, securities broker dealer arbitration and sustainable energy law. HG was founded in 1996 as Resolution Law Group, P.C. with the notion that ‘resolution is in our name.’ Although HG always has done both defense and plaintiff work, HG has a plaintiff’s mentality, requiring a strategic plan and a singular focus on what is most important to achieve client goals. HOW WE WORK: 
We work in partnership with our clients and regularly structure fee agreements in which we share risks and rewards. Our attorneys actively seek and perfect outside sources of funds such as insurance, contribution claims or indemnity claims as a source of funding for solutions to clients’ problems. 

Established relationships with a national network of clients, law firms, and consulting firms enhance our ability to work towards clients’ goals. This approach, bringing together outstanding teams of highly skilled professionals, has proved successful and rewarding to clients.
