Hypercat Racing is an endurance sport performance coaching and consulting company. We are dedicated to helping athletes improve the quality of their lives through sport. 

Run by professional triathlete Rachel Sears Casanta and former professional cyclist/duathlete Philip “Coach Phil” Casanta, they lead a diverse team of certified coaches through the construction of training plans, the training of individual athletes, groups, teams and organizations. Regular lecturers around the country Hypercat coaches also provide skills clinics and advice to many of the top companies and organizations in the endurance community. Hypercat coaches continue to compete and be involved in races throughout the world and bring their years of experience, practical knowledge, education and science to each and every training program. 

The Bike Fit Studio:
For more than 20 years Coach Phil has been working with athletes of all levels and abilities to improve their cycling experience. As a recognized and certified fitting professional, industry consultant, and former professional cyclist Coach Phil has amassed extensive knowledge of bicycle fit within a variety of disciplines. Coach Phil’s easy to understand, common sense approach to each fitting session combined with cutting edge tools including Retul help to create a holistic experience that is educational, informative and immediately applicable to your daily training and riding sessions.
