Hyundai Assan is a motor vehicle manufacturer based in Aydinevler, Istanbul, functioning as the Turkish arm of Hyundai Motor Türkiye. It operates the İzmit plant in Kocaeli, Hyundai's long-standing overseas production site since 1997, producing models such as the i10, i20 (and i20 N), and Bayon for domestic and international markets, with exports to more than 40 countries. The İzmit facility has an annual capacity of about 245,000 vehicles and has produced over 3 million to date.
