i-SIGMA is an information services trade association based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded in 2018 through the merger of two established groups, NAID and PRISM International. It serves as the umbrella for these divisions, consolidating work across information lifecycle management, including secure destruction, physical records storage, data protection and media vaulting, digitizing and scanning, and confidential records handling.

The organization targets operators and providers within the information governance space, anchored by NAID’s role as a watchdog for secure shredding operators worldwide and PRISM International’s coverage of the four pillars of records and information management. With a relatively small staff, i-SIGMA maintains active programs and events, such as its Annual Conference and Expo, where it announced the winners of the 2025 Impact Awards.
