IBM iX DACH is the Berlin-based experience agency within IBM Consulting, focusing on human-centered technology to help products, services, and interactions connect people. It combines the creative mindset of an agency with the industry knowledge of a consultancy to re-imagine and implement end-to-end digital solutions for clients. The organization operates a network of studios across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with additional teams in Croatia, giving it a regional footprint. Its client base includes organizations seeking to design and deploy digital experiences within broader business ecosystems, benefiting from guidance on future-oriented platforms and end-to-end digital products and services. Projects follow an integrated path—from analysis and concept through business case, design vision, MVP development, and roll-out to operations—emphasizing agile, collaborative work. In August 2023, Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel GmbH appointed IBM iX to develop its e-business platform.
