Its facilities are described as open-air and state-of-the-art, with a focus on hosting not only local families and businesses but also visiting teams and international events, thereby positioning the centers as versatile venues within the ice sports market.
Founded in 1998, Ice Den Scottsdale is the flagship location and serves as the official practice facility for the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes. The company expanded its footprint with the acquisition of the Ice Den Chandler in 2014, which underwent a substantial renovation that refreshed the rink surfaces, amenities, and spectator areas. The broader Ice Den complex emphasizes a comprehensive guest experience through on-site dining and retail options, supporting a community-oriented hub for ice sports and related entertainment in the Phoenix area.
