ICF Group is a Norwich, Connecticut-based collective of four design-focused companies in the furniture and home furnishings manufacturing sector. Its brands—Nienkämper, Unika Vaev, eisys, and a fourth company—offer corporate and residential furniture, fabrics and acoustical products, and visual presentation solutions, all produced to high manufacturing standards. The products emphasize durability and ease of use, with environmental considerations pursued where feasible. A network of more than 70 sales representatives supports the group, helping translate its design heritage, which traces back to the 1960s and 1970s, into offerings for the American market.

The group's portfolio addresses needs across offices, educational institutions and healthcare facilities through its constituent brands, delivering furniture, fabrics, acoustical products and presentation systems. It sits within the furniture and home furnishings manufacturing industry, combining European-inspired design with manufacturing discipline and an established distribution network. In December 2020, ICF Group was recognized with the ASMI Enterprise Award.
