All of which can be tailored to suit any block size, as well as the personal needs of our clients. Icon Homes is currently focusing its operations on three key areas throughout Sydney. The sale of House and Land packages has been prominent within Liverpool, the Camden Valley region and as of 2014, the Marsden Park precinct in North West Sydney. The second area is that of the Northern Beaches, where the Icon Homes Team is based. Efforts in the Northern Beaches have been focused on knock down rebuild projects, examples of which can be found in the appropriate section of the website.
