Icon Homes is a boutique Home Builder aiming to provide architectural style homes throughout the Sydney region. With access to a multitude of trades and design staff, we are able to provide innovative designs, built in a short period of time and at an affordable price. We endeavour to consistently liaise with our customers throughout each stage in the building process and to provide fixed price tenders to avoid any unforeseen surprises in the future.

Between the group’s directors, they possess more than 50 years worth of experience in building architectural style homes stemming from single story dwellings to multi unit developments. With a focus on utilizing this flare, we offer a range of house and land packages that boast a comprehensive list of standard inclusions. All of which can be tailored to suit any block size, as well as the personal needs of our clients.

Icon Homes is currently focusing its operations on three key areas throughout Sydney. The sale of House and Land packages has been prominent within Liverpool, the Camden Valley region and as of 2014, the Marsden Park precinct in North West Sydney. The second area is that of the Northern Beaches, where the Icon Homes Team is based. Efforts in the Northern Beaches have been focused on knock down rebuild projects, examples of which can be found in the appropriate section of the website. Location aside, Icon Homes is committed to ensuring the highest quality of service and workmanship received by all clients when building with us.
