A corporate-barter transaction is an exchange of an asset for goods or services that spans a period of time. Companies typically dispose of these underperforming assets through liquidation, realizing only 10%-40% of its original value.  By using corporate barter, companies can realize 100% of the economic value of underperforming assets, as well as fund new initiatives or expenses.
