ICV is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies in North America through its offices in Miami, FL and Atlanta, GA.  Our focus is on making equity investments in high-margin, market leading businesses in partnership with proven managers who want to grow and improve their company. We have made 30 investments and understand what it takes to build capabilities and to take a company to the next level of performance. 

Companies with revenues of $25 - $300 million are uniquely driven, entrepreneurial and focused. They face special challenges, often with limited resources. They can be more vulnerable to market fluctuations and face many obstacles in executing their plans.  ICV looks at the problems confronting a company and the possible solutions through the lens of a supportive partner. Because we are passionate about helping to build and strengthen smaller, middle-market companies, we are focused on being supportive advisors to our management partners. We provide real support, both operational and financial, so our partner companies are better prepared to achieve their goals.
