IFG Capital's mission is to improve living conditions for low-income families and help build strong communities.  We accomplish this by being a highly professional syndicator of LIHTCs and by building strong and lasting relationships with all our partners.  
 
We create limited partnerships that hold and operate affordable housing properties, which qualify for LIHTCs and are designed to generate tax credits and passive losses for corporate investors. These investment funds allow the tax credits to be distributed to investors. Investors purchase interests in these funds and receive the tax benefits of the investment. 

We strive to always meet the needs of our developer, investor and government agencies.  To achieve that purpose we’ve built a culture around teamwork, because we recognize that in today’s marketplace no one can do it alone. We carefully crafted our team with individuals who have managed a variety of company functions, thus we are designed to never be reliant on a single individual. The result is that our staff and our external partners can match the best performance of any company in the industry.  

From underwriting to managing our LIHTC investments, our team works diligently everyday to be well acquainted with all activity and changes in the market.
