Ifocop is a professional training organization for adults established in 1969 by the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises to improve employability for workers and job seekers. Focused on the service sector for more than five decades, it operates a network of nine training centers plus one distance site. Each year it trains more than 2,400 learners, and over 80% of them secure employment after completing their programs. Its diploma- and qualification-oriented programs are designed for students, job seekers, and employees seeking training, career reorientation, or advancement. The organization offers four formats: in-person center-based courses with blended learning and practical work in a company, online courses with a practical internship nearby, a 14-month apprenticeship path, and modular blocks certified RNCP and eligible for CPF, and it is based in Rungis, Île-de-France.
