Targeted Housing Focus Ignition Architecture specializes in affordable and market-rate housing in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a full design and construction administration service. This positions them as a potential partner for developers pursuing mixed-use, multi-unit housing projects in target markets that require navigating SF MOD and HUD requirements.

Boutique Firm Advantage As a small woman-owned business with certifications (LBE/WBE, Micro-SBE, SLEB), ignition presents a compelling collaboration option for public sector and agency-led projects seeking diverse suppliers, potentially unlocking set-aside opportunities and favorable procurement processes.

Public Process Expertise Their experience with entitlements facilitation and navigating complex SF processes, including Hayes Valley, Mission Bay, and Hunters Point Shipyard, signals capability to accelerate approvals and reduce regulatory risk for development teams.

Comprehensive Services Offering programming, site selection, design, permitting, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration, plus interior architecture and FF&E, Ignite provides a one-stop design partner that can streamline project timelines and vendor coordination for developers.

Growth and Collaboration Potential With revenue under one million and a lean team, ignition is likely seeking strategic alliances with larger AEC firms for project partnerships, subcontracting, or joint ventures to scale on larger mixed-use or hospitality projects in the Bay Area.
