II BY IV DESIGN is a Toronto-based design studio offering services across retail, hospitality, residential, and contract interiors, as well as product concepts. It focuses on distilling a brand’s essence into physical spaces and objects, delivering work that aims to reflect each client’s character rather than a single, fixed style. The firm operates from four offices worldwide, with bases in two Toronto locations, plus London and New York, and its team frequently travels to meet clients and conduct site visits.

Founded in 1990 by Dan Menchions and Keith Rushbrook, II BY IV DESIGN has developed an international portfolio and a reputation for translating brand visions into environments and products. The studio has earned more than 450 design awards and has been recognized as Designers of the Year on multiple occasions. In early 2025, it was reported to be collaborating with Amexon Development Corporation on a project known as e lofts, alongside CORE Architects.
