Founded in 2013, IIP Management LLC was created to provide quality property management for distant and local owners throughout Greater Cleveland and the northeast Ohio region. As the market became dominated with residential rental properties, property management over a vast number of single and multi-family residences was a much needed space. More importantly, an existing property management company with excellent owner communication skills and comprehensive market capabilities were near impossible to secure. IIP Management has filled this space. Our motto “Your Property. Our Priority.” exemplifies the focus of IIPM.
