Founded in 1981 and based in Bloomington, Illinois, the Illinois Agricultural Leadership Foundation administers a two-year graduate-level program for Illinois residents aged 25 to 49 who are already active in various sectors of agriculture. The program aims to develop individuals into effective spokespersons, leaders, and policy and decision-makers within the agricultural sector.
