Our goal is to help people illuminate the best in themselves and others and to instil them with the confidence that they are more capable than they know.

Clinical research has found our programmes to reduce stress, anxiety and self criticism, and improve resilience, wellbeing and mood. A review of app efficacy in an academic journal listed our Self-Compassion app to be the most effective app at improving compassion across a range of apps.
