Immac Realty was founded in 2007 by owner and Principal Broker Cammi J. Marlin. Prior to starting the firm as a broker, Cammi was a licensed salesperson for 5 years with focus in the rental market while simultaneously employed as a Receptionist for a Mid-Size Real Estate Management company. Working for the management company has given her invaluable first hand insight and perspective on all aspects of the business, and guided mentor-ship from experienced owners and property managers. As a independent broker, Cammi is dedicated to customer attention and service. Immac Realty handles 20 Exclusive Buildings throughout Manhattan & Brooklyn. We focus on these buildings to gain extensive knowledge of our product and gain customer trust. Always accessible, we strive to meet the needs of clients and owners alike to make a good match for both and a lasting relationship between all. Working closely with management companies insures a smooth transition from customer to tenant to eventual past tenant and once again, future customer.
