She also received a “2018 Mid-Atlantic Women’s Leadership Award” winner by CEO Report and a 2017 “Top 100 MBE Winner” by the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council. 

In 2008, impactHR won the Maryland Chamber of Commerce’s “Small Business of the Year” award as well as SmartCEO’s 2009 Brava Award, honoring top female CEOs. impactHR also is a member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
