✓ Broad hospitality experience in lodging (resort, convention, luxury, boutique), timeshare, condo hotel, residential real estate, gaming (domestic and international), marine and water park attractions, multi-­‐ branded food and beverage, golf and marinas. 
✓ Key contributor supporting growth and acquisition through investment analysis and feasibility, due diligence, conversions and pre-­‐opening/opening support. 
✓ Experience in several key domestic markets (including New York, Chicago, LA and Miami) and multiple international locations (including UK, Caribbean, Mexico and South America).

In 2009, I began a consulting career by assisting in the debt restructuring and long-range planning at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida. In 2010 I founded In The Black Consulting, LLC (ITB) to provide financial planning (forecasting, budgeting, long range business and strategic planning), operational business assessment (revenues, costs, operational contracts, financial statements / financial reporting analysis), asset management, and investment support/analysis (financial returns, pro formas, feasibility models, due diligence and acquisition support).
