INA-Industrija nafte, d.d. (INA, d.d.) is a medium-sized European oil company. INA Group has a leading role in Croatian oil business and a strong regional position in oil and gas exploration and production, oil refining, and oil and oil products distribution activities. INA was founded on 31 December 1963 under the name Kombinat nafte i plina, by merging Naftaplin Zagreb (an oil and gas exploration and production company) with refineries in Rijeka and Sisak. It got its current name on 31 December 1964. It is a stock company with MOL and the Croatian Government as its biggest shareholders, while a minority of shares is owned by private and institutional investors. INA shares have been listed at Zagreb stock exchanges since 1 December 2006. On 31 December 2022 INA Group had more than 9,000 employees. Apart from Croatia, INA has business operations in Egypt, in the oil and gas exploration and production segment. Company is focused on ensuring sustainability and profitability of its refining operations, as well as the whole company through changes of the downstream business model. INA operates a regional network of more than 500 service stations in Croatia and neighboring countries.
