The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) is the local, national, and global industry voice advocating and promoting the use of incentives and recognition to improve business performance. IMA is dedicated to creating greater awareness of the purpose for incentives and helping our members prosper in a changing business environment through education, training, research, and marketing services.

Founded in 1998 and a leader in the Incentive Federation, the industry’s government relations organization, IMA’s membership comprises 600+ individuals and businesses engaged in providing goods and services for incentive buyers and suppliers.

IMA is a network of expert resources for recognition and incentive programs, providing education, conferences, webinars and research to help businesses use incentive programs to motivate employees and customers.
